Wedding Photography

Wedding photographers come in many different styles and approaches from the large formal event photographers to the keen enthusiast and friend of the couple. I like to think of myself as somewhere in the middle.

I do not always class myself as a traditional "wedding Photographer", I am however a professional photographer that knows how to take 'real' photographs and as importantly work in a non intrusive manner to capture the spirit of your day. Think of me as a professional portrait photographer at your wedding.

So what do you actually offer ?
Firstly I will be at your event for as long or as little as you wish although most of my commissions start an hour or so before the ceremony and finish up soon before your celebration meal.

High quality albums, framed prints, announcement cards and CD's are all available as required, just tell us what you want and we will tailor a packeg to suite your needs.

Can you be there to capture the pre wedding preparation and group shots ?
Certainly. I can visit the bride and groom either on a day before the event or pre ceremony on the day.

Do you restrict other guests from taking photos at the event ?

In short no. My feeling is that the day is all about you and your guests so as long as I can create the images that you are looking for then you and your guests should get the most from the day as long as this does not interfere with your day or my own work.

What do you charge ?
I aim to be realistic on price and will tailor a fee based to your requirements, location and final image presentation. As a guide I offer a 'ceremony to reception' photography only service starting at about £500 with a simple rate card for albums and prints, or from £1,500 for more comprehensive coverage presented in a contemporary large format album.
