In 2009 I was proud to be awarded with an Associate Distinction with the Royal Photographic Sociery in the category of Visual Art.
This was achieved by submittng a panel of 15 images all based around a common theme and working together as an artistic presentation working to an artists Statement of Intent.
The body of work chosen for this panel was a studio based figure study.

Later in 2009 I then recieved an Associatship Qualification with the British Institute of Professional Photogrtaphy in the category of Fine Art.
This was achieved by submitting a panel of 20 images, where the body of work for this submission was location based figures with images ranging from a period town house to the wilderness of he Scottish Highlands.
.. 2009 was rather a good year !
Both qualifications require the photographer to demonstarte a strong individual artistic style and be able to demonstrate the highest technical ability from capture to final print.
