Welcome. You'll be pleased that there is no hockey but we have been known to play rugby with compulsory cold showers after, and of course there is cross country, usually Saturday mornings, after a Friday night party.Make sure you have your baggy navy blue shorts and white aertex top.

Or is that your baggy mottled blue legs and white scared face?

No we don't play hockey - just competitive milking of the purple (and brown) cows. That's why our shoes are no longer shiny. In time it drives you quite mad. Welcome, anyway and 'Croeso', as they say in these parts.

Warm welcome! Be quick to sign up for the cross country (we only do the ten yards to the pub and back again so dont worry about kit)You'd better get a list of 'special duties' from Matron....I'm just thinking abseiling skills might be useful for sending out for refills after lights-out.
